May 22 was my deadline to activate my part-timer insurance. I missed it (i know, its my fault). Is there a way to still activate the insurance. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

This happened to a kid i work with, but they automatically enrolled him. Try calling 1-800-877-1508. They should be able to help you.

They enroll you automatically. Probably in whichever health option is cheaper (for the company), which is the kaiser hmo around here. Dental/vision there isn't a choice to begin with.
