It's true that I have some folks pass me by and they have to be doing 95 or so because I'm doing 80 and they whizz right by me. Nobody goes the speed limit unless they see C.H.I.P.S sitting on a ramp.

Speed limit is 70...55 for big trucks.

I've known a few people who would give there right arm to be able to drive the autoban. It is not something that I have ever had a desire to do. I don't have the "need for speed" bug that some do.

The fastest I ever drove was on the Sicilian autobahn--95 mph in a US government vehicle. Felt like I was standing still.
