    We don't have that.

Pretty much. It's up to our discretion. If we feel unsafe delivering a package we can call and request weather exception. The terminal gives us approval and we attempt later. Or if its a really bad snow storm we can just shut down for the day and code 82 everything on the truck.

They send us out on the ice and snow and if we have an accident, its on us.

And they say "safety first." They couldn't care less.

Just another way to thin out senior staff.

At Ground, they say "I need a new bad-ass tat that will impress the girlfriend and get me lucky" (Code 69), or I think I'm going to stay home today and smoke a bowl (Code 420).

Code 82 is what everyone scans their service failures as in the winter months.
