12:30 am? For a cell phone? Why didn't these people download the electronic release form?

Release form was only for deliveries from Apple.
Sprint and Verizon parcels needed signature at time of delivery.

Is there a PCM on this somewhere? Some of us don't get needed information like this in a timely manner.
It's only funny in retrospect, when you get to your first EAM stop of a heavy dispatch, to find the board locked up because it needs a PIN you know nothing about.
