I do agree with you that our troops can't be totally effective with the way their rules of engagement are. The rules of engagement are basically that they can't engage until they have been engaged.</p><p></p><p>As far as the Iranians engaging our troops goes....foreign fighters have been filltering in to Iraq and Afghanistan since it all started so it wouldn't surprise me it was true.</p></blockquote><p></p>
