I can only say this which may be little help. Our Internal Security (can't remember the internal term for them) usually had a clue about things like that, although they appreciated tips, and would eventually connect dots. I had a route in the same town where I lived, and I had a customer with a firearms store, who once made a UPS claim that they received a package that supposedly had two handguns in it, and received the box with empty gun cases. So I came to work one morning to find one of them on my truck having a look around. Eventually, they put it all together. The firearms store filed a false claim. I told them I never mind them asking me questions or going behind me, I didn't have anything to hide. Why can I not recall Security's name inside the hub? Loss Prevention, that's it.
