If Forbes is for it, you should be against it. Forbes only cares about profits and stock prices....they could give a rat's ass about workers. FedEx will never go private.

Exactly. Thanks in part to stock holders, companies can pay out huge ridiculous bonuses to the people who matter. It's like their own little piggy bank. I do agree with Mr Dell, once the profits begin to dry, small timers and big time holders will begin to drop shares and a company will chase its tail trying to regain those numbers lost. Too bad if your bonus was paid in shares and you didnt cash out before the devalue. Once you sell your soul, you're at the mercy of the holders.
