IMO, we've really lost our way as a company and I have concerns about our future. We're so focused on making money just to drive a stock price whereas in the past we understood that if you took care of the customer and provided the service promised that the profits and business growth would be right there all the time. Where did we get to without advertising at all and with only our reputation of top quality service via word of mouth from customer to customer? Maybe a different world today but those elements are the central core of any successful business. Jim Casey's lessons in business are still as applicable today as when he first uttered those words!
