When I was active duty we could fly space available on military aircraft for $10.


Actually, I forgot about Space-A, it's free now, however, you're put on a list and probably need to wait months and months to ever get a seat. I never even tried using it, my friends who had when I was interested had told me nothing but horror stories.

The seats are taken from an old p1000 with the metal bar hitting you in the spinal area. And your seat is so close to the cockpit door your nuts are squished like an 80 year old. Dinner is a frozen bottled water and last weeks Dunkin donut. Movie is the hour long famous hazardous material certification video with a test and an answer sheet to fill in the blanks.
