Is there any truth to this rumour?

There are always plenty of rumors around every upcoming contract. The company always plays hardball, the always put up a fight. This will never change. Don't listen to rumors, get involved with proposal meetings, and understand that every contract is fought for, they never give us anything.

8th week after 30 years?? Our guys are getting 9 weeks for 30 years, 7 for 20 years. And you sure do need all those weeks with the way UPS is running these days. Volume up and so are the stop counts with no added trucks. Oh well.

Yea, where are they getting 9? After 25 we top out at 6 week of vacation and 1 option week.

When I left I had 37 years in. Got 6 weeks vacation, one of which you could take 1 day at a time or bid it as a week,one week personals, one week sick days. Total of 8 weeks altogether.
