    If there's that much money to be made, why are they selling software rather than making the money themselves?

    after you buy the software from them you have to go out and get your own customers

    Once you install the software, and start tracking packages trying to get refunds, I believe that UPS has a way of "tracking" you down and charging you for extra hits on the tracking web site!
