Hi, I have been at UPS for some time now and have fully paid off the initiation fee for the union. They charge me $5.00 a week for just the union due, however they began to charge me anywhere from $5.00-$25.00 per week for the union due... not the initiation fee.
Is this normal? I asked my supervisor, but he was promoted before he had union dues taken out (they were in desperate need of supes; he was one to be promoted).
