Is Transferring Different If Your Non-Union?

::Yes, it's "you're", it won't let me edit it::

If a worker is in a non-union position, p/t super for example, does this make it easier to do a hub transfer since the union and seniority are no longer involved? Would the worker still have to meet the education/hardship requirements?

Thanks

on both :)
umm ive never seen a transfer for an admin employee
Ive seen transfers for pt sups and pt union and one ft union
its the same rules across the board though, a lot of centers have more pt sup positions and pt union positions open so it tends to be easier to go that way but its all hit or miss
your sup has to approve it the center your going to has to approve it and the districts involved have to approve it so there are several humps to get across to get it done
