I'm not calling you dumb as I don't know you but that is a dumb statement. War creates a terrorist group the same way that food creates fat people, guns kill people, and welfare helps people. Bush let 911 happen is as stupid as those that claim that 6 years into a new Presidency the bad economy is the last guys fault. Bush let OBL escape and not Clinton? That is an interestingly ignorant argument to make but go ahead if you want. Bush caused the deaths of 5,000 Americans is well even you probably get it by now. Bush didn't cause the death of 5,000 Americans any more than automobiles caused the deaths of 5,000,000 Americans. I realize that you are unfamiliar with our form of government but Congress spends money. ISIL was not in Iraq when Bush was president. I realize that may be shocking to you but most of the leadership was in military prisons when Bush was president. Where did Bush lie about Iraq? On to your most interesting and false argument. The "status of forces agreement agreement" argument. We will never really know exactly went down but we do know a few things. The first is that the Bush status of forces agreement was intended to be re negotiated by the next President. This is a major reason why Maliki tried, at least publicly, to negotiate one. We also know that Obama has taken credit for ending the Iraq war. We also have news reports that claim Obama wanted to leave 2000 troops behind and that this small number wasn't worth the political risk to Maliki. We also know that Bush on many occasions warned against an early withdrawal from Iraq. When you put all of this together there is no logical way to reach the conclusion that Bush withdrew from Iraq as you claimed.
