Here its an OMS and they actually do a good job.....until it's time to start moving stuff around to accomodate over 9.5ers and 8 hour requests. Otherwise....most routes are left alone.

I stopped caring what trash I run, it all pays top rate. Lower your expectations of a good dispatch to a horrible one, that way you'll be less likely to be disappointed.

I love when this happens. The hub supervisor does our dispatch when the regular dispatcher is out and because he's not beholden to a division manager's fabricated metrics, everyone for the most part gets a fair dispatch.
