This Spring will be 9 years for me. We have someone retiring, so I might have the chance to bid a route, but only if it is equipped with a truck with power steering.

I was thrilled to get my own route, I swung for about 10 yrs. I kinda liked it if I knew the route. That was before.
Same truck every day, same loader, lots of advantages and more tips at Christmas.
Then you get to work the first day after vaca, your truck gets wrecked, its in the body shop, you have a 5 spd manual and you havent driven one in years, you have new boots. Its icy, it sucks. Moral of the story, never get too comfy.
congrats dilli!!

Congrats on the route. Now can we speak to you about your AM time? And by the way, you backed up 35 feet too far at stop 54. Please watch your backing distance.

Unfortunately, we need that new low-step power steering truck for a newhire who can't shift.

We have this great 1978 P6 for you tho....
