It's the time of year

    Anyone notice around this time of year the number of customers who "never got their package" starts to go up?

    For the first claim I don't see a lot we can do. But all subsequent deliveries would require a signature before I left it. I know UPS flags such customers for a signature.

    In HD our scanner will say delivery options may be limited due to high number of claims, all that means is driver release it to the front door and drive on.

    Yes. It's so easy to say, "We don't see anything at our front door. Your driver stole it". After going through enough hoops, they get a free pair of boots, tool kit etc..
