Highly illegal.

If they do then it would be a huge out of court settlement.

If I found out I was being recorded, I would go straight to the Magistrate without delay, and find out if a court order was issued.

If not, lawyer up and settle out of court, UPS would not want that to go public.

Trust me, none of these theories are true or I would be history. Been looking to draw unemployment on the way out for a couple of years. Was 20 yrs old the only time I applied and was denied because I was was going to school and not available for all shifts.
