We've used helpers every day this week and we are all working Peak hours. I clocked 274 miles and 11 hours yesterday. We are 3-4 drivers short of what we need and there is no plan despite the fact that the volume was high after peak last year as well. Business as usual.

We have been slammed here in Central Florida all week. One of my mates is near the bottom of the seniority list and is more than a little concerned about possible layoffs. I think it's going to be coming in the next month or so.

There was snow from 1/7 and 1/8. 5" on Wed/Thur and 5" more on Thur/Fri.

Easy day guys. My center manager was told 39cars. He had a hard time stretchin it to 34. 8.5hr days all around, i mean dang its not peak anymore!
