Ok I know that UPS is extremely hard if not impossible to transfer as a driver. I know you lose your seniority. My question is-is it even possible to transfer? If so what do you have to do for it to happen?
The only reason Im asking is caused I moved away from home where I use to work for UPS as a preloader. I quit with good standings for a full time job. Just so happens 2 months later a driver position opened up in another part of the state. I put in for it and I got it. I was lied to about preloading and local sort, I was told I would be able to do so when I get bumped. So now Im stuck not being able to work and finding a part time job here is next to impossible. So its either stick around and go bankrupt, quit and find another job, or see if I can transfer?
