there are things that we do not know on this case.

it could very well be that he looked over the fence, and did not see any dogs......

it could be that he thought he could move faster.......dumb but still possible

it could be that since people in the center that delivers that area have not heard the drivers name, that he was a temp and just didnt know better, or was told by the drivers that it was ok.

bottom line that it is never a good idea to have a vicious dog that you own. and if it is, that you allow access to it.

case in point. if you set a trap with a shot gun that blows someones knees off when they go through the door, they will sue and win, no matter how many signs you posted about the danger. same holds true with the dogs.

It's usually 99 and 99/100 % dog owners at fault!!...signs or no signs! The owner is always responsible for controlling their animals.
Especially in our situation. We are given permission to deliver by virtue that the customer ordered. We have the same right of access that any utility or other like service has.
