I was hired on July 2, 08 along with a few others.. I know we do no make senority until 90 days, so we are trying to make out the new contract for pay raises, any ideas? started at 8.50. Will we get a raise after 90 days, if so does anyone know how much?

what does still in progrssion mean?

I suggest you use the "search " function for your answers.
And progression is just a fancy way of saying "working for a set amount of time ".

What area of the country is it 30 days to seniority, and what areas for 90 days. Interesting that they should be different.

Are you sure you are actually a hire yet or are you temporary?

I don't believe that there is any part of the country where seniority takes 90 days. It take 30 working days to get seniority, and since you were hired in July you are covered under the guidelines of the old master agreement. Seniorty is covered in Article 50 Section 1.
