    I don't understand the point of paying for an arbitratior if cases keep getting deadlocked. That and referring cases back to the original panel makes no sense. But the company wins anyways, it seems the Union has lost its backbone.

    i cant beleive that not one single 22.3 case has been heard yet.

    that's right.....and we continue to piss away $18 to $21 a week in dues for nothing?

    makes alot of sense.
