Just a DOT card, some states require what 705red has.

If we drive the cage cars (we call them Hersheys) we're required to have a class B. If you have a class A it supersedes the need for the other licenses.

New York requires Class C non-CDL.

In NJ some of the older straight jobs (24 footers) require the driver to have a Class B. Otherwise, package car no (DOT card required), feeder Class A.

I have a CDL A. Have had it for 16 yrs. I'm a wannabe feeder driver. In our center there is only one other driver that has a CDL and he's a cover feeder driver.

I have a class A CDL with endorsements. Years back in package we had a mall truck with air brakes we drove for months before the cops pointed out we needed an endorsement on our license.

The only endorsement I don't have anymore is haz-mat. When I re-did my license this year I dropped it. I didn't want to pay the 100$ to have a background check done.
