Any advice for "succeeding" as a Pt Sup? Just trying to earn my pay and be respected by as many Employees and Mngmt as possible.

That's fine and all. But what is your end game? What are you trying to accomplish with the company - a degree, a part time job, a full-time job, being a driver, being the CEO, smoke pot all the time and being buddy buddy with your hourlies? What size center or hub do you work in, what shift?

Be true to yourself. Respect your employees. Treat them as you would want to be treated. I always love watching the other part time sup on my shift scream and yell and never hit his numbers while I talk to my guys like men and hit them all the time. Dont be one of the managers that gives us all a bad name.

Wear a vest and carry a cone, or vice versa.
