Here we get paid all next year's vacation time if we work one day into the next year. This is an incentive to keep the experienced drivers from retiring right before Peak.

Same here----I guess the lure of extra money wasn't enough for them to deal with the bs that we call Peak.

Both thought that they weren't eligible to retire until 12/1----the union found extra time they had worked and both retired a month earlier than expected.

Thank you all I sincerely hope we all can reap the rewards of this job. I will get $4100 per month before taxes, I actually went on vacation on August 1st and since I was not physically at work the union started my pension on August 1st!I am 55 with an open slate in front of me!
