If they really wanted to get away from the gov't control , within our own borders there are many places to do so . Try Alaska .

Why does god work in such mysterious and costly ways when he/she/whatever could just planted the thought to do a quick computer search and discover a much easier way to arrive in Kiribati and all but guaranteed too?
