But Lindsay Lohan has already been pulled over by police in Los Angeles for allegedly rolling through a stop sign.
The actress was on her way to trendy hotspot Chateau Marmont with close friend Eilat Anschel on 11pm on Friday night when she was stopped.

That sort of spectacle could get somebody hurt, and in this day and age the lawsuits would be flying.

Like it or not.... when somebody is incarcerated, we the taxpayers are to some extent responsible for their safety. For her own safety as well as to keep order within the jail, Lilo will have to be given some sort of special treatment when she is in there. She will probably be held in isolation or protective custody. Tossing her into the general population would be a really bad idea.

Lilo has an incurable and progressively fatal disease. Death is the natural and inevitable outcome of leaving that disease untreated. John Belushi, Chris Farley, Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendricks and Michael Jackson are just a few examples of the fact that all the money and fame and prestige in the world are no defense against that disease and in fact only serve to make it more deadly. Those people are dead in part because their fame prevented any one who was close to them from ever holding them accountable.
