Load quality problem

Well now that Orion has kicked in it seems miles trumps service. I have no problem running a misload 20 mins away. BUT when miles are such a concern that's why I ask. I just don't appreciate how now it's the drivers fault for not finding it earlier in the day. We do not have time to search every shelf looking for a package

Smoking packages is a honesty issue, don't allow their inability to manage preload volume to your preload ,who's overworked like us, be your downfall. The reason they want to blame you is because for every driver that does the right thing by scanning them, there's 2 that throw them on the belt, which in turn is a self fulfilling prophecy that "it's the drivers fault boss, we tell them to scan all misloads but we got some dishonest drivers". "We can't tell them to break trace and run them if we don't know about them"
