I have been full time package driver for 7 years. The reason I want to take a loan is to pay high intrest credit card dept. I always made money from CC by the way of points. Recently I bought a house and the renovation cost exceeded my expectations and found myself in dept. I'll pay it in few short months, but I thought why pay them intrest when I can pay myself ( 401K account) intrest. I am thinking of constructing a repair estimate from a contractor and submited as " Repair of your PRIMARY residence ". I am not desperate I ave very good FICO score. I just need Ideas and thoughts or suggetions on this matters.
