hey can only speak for myself. my union reps make alot of money and take alot of trips. spoke with another driver today and this poor guy was part of some deal.and escorted out . again local 396 did nothing for this man. you guys are the best...keep up the great work.

MY opinion matters, I know the specifics of your case. As far as the remaining employees who STILL work at UPS in West L.A. District, they havent done anything to jeopardize their careers as YOU did. NO local will ever have a 100% approval rating.

What I am saying is that YOU did your very worst and NOT that the local is doing their very best. You have a big mouth, and that big mouth not only upset the entire supervisory team at your hub, it also upset the HR department, the UPS labor division, Your division manager, your COWORKERS (who are celebrating your departure) and the LOCAL itself.

You come onto this board and take shots in the dark and hope to hit someone, but I got news for you. There are people who will fire back, and fire back with a crosshair on ya.

Why dont you explain to the board the circumstances of your termination, and how you failed to have the term overturned. Dont shoot in the dark, speak your mind. Step up and relay the facts of your case from your perspective and Ill counter with a different perspective.

He`s a superstar loader who made fun of a pt sup then came on here to cry about it. Eventually he harassed the pt sup and then that guy got fired.

HE wont enbarrass himself with the details. He already has changed his story. He came on here to take a few cheap shots at my local, and if had any Juevos, he would post his story and why he believes he was terminated.

He blames the Union for not helping him KEEP his job, but the only person who is responsible for Helping him KEEP his job is himself. Once he took a path of the absurd, he lost. Case closed.

As soon as he posts his circumstances, I will counter with the truth, and thats not something he wants to face.
