My local you cannot have

A moving violation or chargeable accident (s) in the past twelve months
No more in combination three moving violations or chargeable accident(s) in a three year period
No suspensions in a 12 month period
No dui, reckless driving, owi, etc in a three year period

Non moving violations doesn't count.

My non moving violation did not show up on my record only thing that show my license was suspended for a week.
