Our SAL can enter PODs as long as it's a signed del record. PPD's go down all of the time and PODs get lost in the reboot.

As for the OP, run your iib23 for the date and check with the customers you delivered more than one pkg to. It's possible you misdelivered it and didn't scan it. Was it a box or a letter?
