louisville hub on TV

    hey did anyone see the "ultimate factories" show on national geographic? i saved it on my dvr and am watching it right now...the show is about the "worldport" hub in louisville...4 million sq. feet!? wow. of course everything runs nice and smooth since it's on tv :)

    I watched it.
    Truely amazing .
    No damages seen.
    Everyone was clean cut and had on a decent outfit.
    No belt jams.
    They talked about time pressures, but everyone seemed so laid back.
    Most of the work seemed to be done by women.
    The "test " parcels seemed to be going to Salt Lake City, Utah but were actually shown as being delivered in California.

    hey so does that prove that following all the methods they want us to use actually takes time? six-sided check, hand to surface contact, etc...i even saw 2 people unload a can-that was the giveaway that it was kinda staged :P brings back memories of when i first started and watched all those training videos *shudder*
