UPS can't be run by the mafia we all know its being ran by a combo of the Bush administrations don't ya see the resemblance... Does your Manager/Sup ever have an answer to the actual question that you asked? and how many times have we spent a dollar to save a nickel? and if all else fails lets just do something that didn't work 10 years b4 when we tried it the first time. Sounds like UPS would fit the Bush agenda well.

Who do you think invented the way COD's work with us? Show up at the door, ring doorbell, 'oh, I wasn't aware there was a COD'...'Yeah, well you can pay or you don't get your package!' Sounds like a hostage situation to me.
