Some managers are alcoholics. I'll give you that. They can't tell the difference between a fine wine and Ripple. (The most misunderstood is over allowed, so lets leave that out for now.) Since we started the detailed measurement, service is at its highest level ever. Every single package is measured and operators cannot manipulate the numbers. </span></span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: #2e2e2e"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">So, I agree that if a manager only cares about making a number move, that's a problem. These numbers are what's called lagging indicators.
