Management dating or married?

Looking to see how others have been treated or impacted when 2 ft sups or higher are dating or married? Any instances when these 2 have been allowed to work in the same building?

That should not be happening it is against UPS policy, if that is taking place you need to report it to HR, that is a serious nono. It is in the no fraternizing rule.

You should get out more often.
That changed about 6 or 7 years ago.
It is no longer against UPS rules.
One is expected to tell their manager so it is known and steps can be taken to ensure no conflict of interest (accountability) is involved.

Pretty sure that policy changed in 09 not looking to report anyone looking to see if others have been allowed to work in the same building while dating or married

The key is no direct report ... or undue influence to get special treatment.

Had 2 full time sups get married and one was just promoted to manager. Different building but same work unit. They reported to District manager before marriage and was fine with it. Many relationships are out of the dark now since the policy was changed.

There's an unmarried couple in Mahwah who work together and sit near each other most every day. One sometimes directs the work of the other. One has been known to cover the others responsibilities when one is out of the office. They've been known to team up on folks from other groups when in meetings. One defends the other when it's really none of his business. I don't think this is what upper management had in mind when they 'changed the rules'. And the management team in this department hides their collective heads in the sand.
