How is the hub shutting down my trailer doors late my fault?

How is no paperwork my fault?

How is wrong paperwork my fault?

How is loading trailers with expired FHWA my fault?

How is trailers with mechanical issues which makes me late on my outbound my fault?

How is my tractor missing , dirty, not fueled, my fault?

I could go on and on. We are held accountable for every inane thing but not management?

Almost every problem we have is ultimately a lack of proper management.

Believe me, whatever blame pain you are experiencing, your immediate boss is feeling 7 times 70 of that blame pain.

Just cheerily call the dispatch office and tell them "Hey ,that trailer you gave me, won`t be rolling on time because....." and drop it in their lap. Period. Let them scramble from that point on.

Have you been blamed for these things?

Can you be more specific as to how you have been accused of being responsible for these things?
