Who do you give the backing number too? On-Road, OMS, Manager. Then what the heck do they do with it? Post it, discipline. Somebody is trying to justify their position or just ran out of constructive idea's. Please get that person on BC so I can chew on him!!!

They have a sheet posted next to the DIAD boards to write them down when we return the boards. If we forget they send a message the next day for our count for the day before.

That is how I gave them the 1/2. I checked the next day and they wrote it down just like I told them with the1/2 included.

I agree that we should try to reduce our backing when possible, but it is another example of trying to use numbers to replace common sense.

Here we are as a company trying to save money and somebody is actually sending messages to get your count. Unbelievable.

I understand the raise awareness level part but still.....
