Managers got their raise last month!!

I read in the other post about managers getting their raise last month, i called my manager and he/she confirmed that it was true. This is some serious buddysh***. Everyone call hr and let them know that this isn't fair at all

Don't know. I've called the IBT in DC 3 times in the last 3 days and never got a call returned. Typical.

I called and emailed from the link that was posted, still no response either.


I'm still working on getting cards signed through several different angles though...

That's why we have to put a stop to the Stockholm Syndrome at FedEx.

Does anyone know what the pay raise was? A straight percentage, a specific dollar amount? None of the people I talk with will admit they got a raise, forget about specifics. Need to have some specifics to pin them down to get independent confirmation on this.

Its interesting that FedEx just gave the managers a raise and at the same time is threatening them with a possible 5% pay cut in the near future.

Here mr. mgr, we are handing you a 3% raise. Now beat those hourlies of yours into line or we will take it back plus 2% next year. ( no I do not know exactly how much of a raise they got.)
