Managers on OUR Side

Off the record, there are a lot of FedEx Express managers who disagree with the direction the Memphoids have taken the company. I know quite a few who are just saying all the right things when they need to and secretly support the effort to make changes.

When the time comes to start being open with the unionization effort, a lot of them are going to look the other way, which is good news for the cause. I guess they don't think a whole lot of Fred either. Wonder why? Maybe they're not buying it either.

Just telling it like it is
The managers are probably dissatisfied 'cause they really aren't managing per se.'

Pretty much all the decision making comes down from the corporate level iron fist.

That's certainly a big part of it. You'd be surprised how many of them sympathize on the top-out issues, the low pay, and the end of the Traditional Plan. They got screwed too, and even though they say "Rah-Rah" when they need to, beneath the surface there is a lot of discontent. MEM sends out the marching orders, and they'd better follow...or else.
