If you are doing what you are supposed too. It doesn't matter if you take any break or not. SPH are SPH. Only way to get more SPH is less miles per stop but that's not happening with all the resi Amazon. Memphis doesn't know what to do so they throw spaghetti at the fridge and hope it sticks.

I assume that your SPH is the same as our SPORH (Stops Per On Road Hour), which measures all of our delivery and pickup stops starting when we leave the building and ending when we return, less our unpaid meal and paid break so, yes, taking 15 minutes less will improve your SPH.

Managents way of thinking is this..if you are used to getting off at a certain time with a 30 minute break..then you will run.. Speed.. Drive on your break or do whatever it takes in order to be off at that time with an hour break..unfortunately some people fall for it and actually do just that..
