Left after 10 years of being OMS...saw how mgmt treats EVERYONE, including themselves. Absolutely no respect for each other, drivers, employees..and even the customers. It's only about meeting the numbers, and even then..they fudge them. DM got caught..nothing happened...slap on the wrist...only ''allowed to move sideways''..not up thru the ranks..but we all know how soon that will be forgotten about...since they are always desperate for bodies to fill slots. Most despicable company ever. Drivers, just keep hitting the road after the morning 'warm-up' session..leave the bldg...try not to think about the BS that goes on back at the bldg..because they will just keep on lying about what goes on, at mgmt level and higher.
Think about it..mgmt above FT Sups..they get this ''bonus'' every December for meeting or excelling the number set out for them to beat. They have the ability to 'change' that number, in order to make themselves look better to those above.And let's face it..who wouldn't want that?..they can go back into the system, change the numbers, and therefore, guaranteeing themselves that nice BIG bonus come December.
Any of them that denies this is lying..this is just one company..most companies operate this way nowadays.
Sad but true. Unions seem to be the only way to protect the worker now..

You should not post about things you have no clue about....all full time management can participate in MIP - and the elements are controlled by Corporate and based on how the entire organization produces results.....no individual mgt person can skew the numbers.
