"Million Muppet March"

(Reuters) - Plans to save Big Bird, the fuzzy yellow character on U.S. public television's "Sesame Street," from possible extinction are taking shape in the form of a puppet-based protest next month dubbed the "Million Muppet March."
The demonstration is planned for November 3 at the National Mall in Washington, D.C., three days before the general election.

{ Big Bird is strictly speaking not a member of the group of puppet characters known as the Muppets. }

Don't these stupid people understand that the funding could be cut off and Big Bird is going nowhere......it's a good example for kids that Big Bird will be off gov't assistance and paying his/her own bills!!

Does this mean Big Bird will have to return his obamaphone, food stamps, Section 8 housing and already free medical care?

I say let the fools make their dumb arguments because all its doing is taking up valuable time when they could be making arguments the public is actually concerned over. Big Bird and Sesame street are marketing goliaths in the children's television world. Whoever picks them up is going to become very rich.
