Minimum hours worked to earn vacation?

I am part time and have taken quite a bit of optional time off in 2013. On my pay stub this year only shows 24 hours of vacation available. I have asked my supervisor only to get the run around. Is there a minimum hours worked to get vacation/option week? Have been there for 8 years.

I should have 2 weeks and 27 option hours.

I've heard that there is a minumum....but I don't know what the magic number is.
