Okay so i started my training 2 days ago (im still in training ) and i'm on the secondary sort, i was just wondering, where do the misloads go? i mean i see all these packages come past me and i'm checking the postcodes and they arent even on the chart (Like CF), one person who was there said just chucked it on the belt to my left (Black/Yellow) whilst another guy tells me to put it on the belt to my right (red) so i'm confused as to where they genuinely go, any tips?

Thanks

It's called a miss sort. Miss loads are when you are loading package cars. When people miss sort packages they simply get thrown onto the "return belt" for re-scanning.

Ours are simply resorted. They are not scanned until they are in the trailer and tossed back out or the pick off man throws them down the miss sort chute.
