And yes i am a driver but i was at one time one of these grunt part timers that you would like to fire because you missed your daily numbers. I have no regrets on were i came from and i will not forget were i came from and i will always remember what it was like to do the ptime job that i did in the 90's. Do you remember were you came from?</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: #0000ff">You are an idiot, PAS has made it simple, read the label, put in the right package in the correct car!!.....</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: red">Wow another typical reponse from a <strong>token</strong> management figure! Pas has been useful in some areas as in having all of your stops in order in the board with the piece counts. But it has caused missorts to go up because you have 2 unloaders pumping out volume with one person to do the spa work causing the pal labels to get slapped on the wrong package and in alot of times right over the adress of a package. </span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: #ff0000">You now want preloaders to read two labels instead of 1 label, which would be more efficent?</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: #ff0000">Now preloaders have been taking out of the plan, remember when the preloader would notice 35 boxes for one stop and stack them on the floor somewere? Pas/edd a computer system is not even smart enough to know to move this from the 1000 shelf!</span></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><span style="color: #0000ff">as for your line up, I can't comment on why your set up that way in your operation, I know we try to balance the pulls so the volume levels are similar for all preloaders??....does that make sense to your narrow minded brain???</span></p><p></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: red">We are talking about u.p.s higher ups! Nothing they do makes any sense to myself and others! I thought that you couldnt comment on my car placement? What do you just call what you said? When i make a delivery the company doesnt see some guy wearing the tie with the pocket protector, with his shirt pulled out still smelling like booze from the night before who calls himself the boss. They see me their family member and they know i will ask about their kids football game, how their sick mother is doing and how are they holding on. And when i walk out of that office they know that i was genuine and thats what seperates us from the others!</span></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><span style="color: #0000ff"><strong>It may not be 705's job to worry about servicing the customer but its in thier best interest and its the members that they represents job to service the customers like you or face the consequences!!....Poor you....you and the people in palatine are so abused!!!....poor you!!</strong></span></p><p></p><p></p><p><span style="color: red">Read above paragraph! the members are the face of this company not you the vodka breathe has been!</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: red">Its in the locals best interest to represent the contract that the members have agreed to. Never have i said that the members in palatine are abused! In the past upsers across chicago were abused but that has ended with the election of our current slate. In my building we usualy reseolve issues and work together to use corrective measures to change someones behavior. </span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: #ff0000">I dont hide who i am or were i am from!
