Missort Policy in SoCal?

The most fun is placing the "salt" under the belt and keep on loading and don't even acknowledge it. You look down and they're just waiting and watching - I wouldn't acknowledge it until they got off their ***** and started to walk toward me and I'd pick it up, hand it to them, and tell them quit playing games.

Or you can hide them under your load stand and make your PT sup tear down the wall looking for it. When he reached for the second one to pull down, I told him I found it under the load stand.

I really hated that guy.

First off, thanks for all the advice.

I just slowed down, going as slow as I can actually lol, and walk every single missload/missort out of trailer and ask PT supervisor what to do with it, just to bug.
