Anyone care to defend this new regulation ? For generations, unions have been infamous for their violently coercive tactics. There have been 9,000 reports of union violence just since 1975. Putting their frontman in charge of the federal government has not made them any less scary. When President Zero isn’t looting our grandkids for hundreds of $billions on behalf of unions and calling it a “stimulus,” he has his minions at the Department of Labor sneaking tricks like this into the mountains of regulations that are suffocating businesses:
[The DOL has inflicted] a 160 page rule change and tucked into that new rule is a section that will require staffing agencies to file with the government when they supply temp workers to businesses experiencing strikes, walkouts, or slow downs initiated by unions. The new rule seems to also require that the people these temp agencies hire to also file their names and addresses with the DOL via a new form they would have to fill out.
