First, anyone who doesn't think this was absolutely deliberate is delusional. When the split premium was eliminated our senior told us "there had been a lawsuit" and that FedEx couldn't figure out how to administer it". What piss-poor excuse were you given? The obvious plan is to have all remaining FT people on extended splits. If you don't like it, what are you going to do about it? Fred has completely screwed you...again. All except for the shill duo.

They know exactly what they are going to do. Remember that this has been planned for a long time. There was not a sudden crisis, rather a manufactured circus sideshow where Memphis will con as many of you for as long as they can.
The decent thing to do would be full disclosure to employees. That is not even close to what is happening. This is a con job of the highest order. Don't be a willing mark.
